This is a huge victory for the American people ! Woot Woot ! 
The Democrats have a win over the corrupt Republicans and their corrupt Insurance Corporation buddies. It is about dam time this was done.. But it could be said, 40 years late is better than never. The only trouble with the bill is that it doesn't go far enough to contain the corruption. Yes, it should have gone much farther, but you have to "start" someplace. The political crap in Washington has been against the people of America for many years and this is a difficult problem to overcome. The whole bill should kick in within 12 months, not 4 years.. just for a start.
What is missing?
The insurance corporations should be forced to change to non-profit within 4 years or be closed and shut down.
What would this do?
It would stop the Insurance corporations from feeding profits to Wall Street, which is just throwing "your" money in the trash.
Many politicians are spewing propaganda that the American people don't want this reform and that is a complete and total LIE. You just ask every one you know if they agree with corporate corruption and they will say "NO".
But the Anti-American republicants are just not for the people of this country. They are all for the Anti-American corrupt corporations that have been ripping people off for many years. ENOUGH is ENOUGH 
You don't see the idiots yelling about repealing social security or repealing medicare, NO you don't
You don't see State governments passing laws against Social Security or Medicare, NO you don't
The whole thing is about regulations for the Insurance Companies and having health care for ALL Americans.
Now, you tell me, who in this world could possibly be against all Americans having health care.. Tell Me That.
The people that SAY or YELL that they are against this reform and they "like" their health insurance are simply saying that they have never had a major illness and they haven't been screwed over by their insurer YET.
This new move to a better health system should be embraced by every person in the country.
We should all be saying, "it's about dam time the government has done something for us, the people".

PS. The idiots that are continuing to yell about the national debt and/or cost are also full of shit because if they really gave a dam about the national debt.. They would have stopped all the spending on the Insane-war-on-Drugs, the Insane-Invasion of Iraq, the Insane-Invasion of Afghanistan and other High Cost and worthless programs.
